Seagrove  is ocean to river with 248 homes.  The oceanside community was built in the 1980's and 1990's with homes from 2,000 to over 6,000 sq ft of living area.  Oceanfront homes sell for $2 million with non-watefront homes selling for $600,000+.  Homes in Seagrove West were constructed in the late 90's to 2003, some on a fresh water lake.  Riverfront homes have a similar appeal to oceanfront homes, with spectacular views, and sell in the $1 million+ range.  This community is very popular and conveniently located just south of Causeway Boulevard, south of Castaway Cove.
