Marbrisa is an ocean to river gated community which has a combination of Garden Villas, custom single family homes and ocean front townhomes. There are over 50 villas and 100 single family homes, with the villas constructed from 1988 to 1993 and single family homes constructed in the late 90's to 2003.

The villas range from 1,800 to 2,200 sq ft of living area.  The oceanfront townhomes, Marbrisa Seaside Village, are two story with about 2,400 sq ft of living area.  Single family homes range from 2,000 to 4,500 sq ft of living area. The riverfront homes have a great river view.
