Cache Cay is a river front community with 95 homes located just north of central beach.  The gated community that is actually an island since it is surrounded by the river and adjoining canals.  Most of  the homes are on the river with deep water docks.  Homes in Cache Cay were custom built in the 80's and 90's, most by Rutenberg Homes.  Homes range from 2,000 to 3,800 sq ft.  Non-Waterfront homes sell from the $600's, with waterfront homes well over $1 Million. Cache Cay has a manned guard gated.
